There was a point in my journey where I was training hard, doing everything I thought I should, and still not feeling or performing the way I expected. I didn’t know it then, but I was under-fuelled, overwhelmed, and relying on a system that didn’t support me.
Once I understood what true performance nutrition looked like, everything changed.
I could train harder, recover faster, and actually feel human again.
That experience is why I do what I do now. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, confused, and unsure where to start — and I know what’s missing in the current system. The same gaps that once held me back are the ones I work to fix for others.
Today, I support athletes with evidence-based education, real-life strategies, and sustainable habits that move them from confused to confident.
Because no athlete should have to guess their way through fueling the body they work so hard for.

2013
Where It All Began
My fitness journey started in 2013 — full of motivation, structure, and a desire to feel my best. But like many, I fell into the trap of restriction and rigid eating. What began as a passion for health turned into disordered habits that took the joy out of food and training.
2017
Finding Balance Again
After years of chasing “perfect” nutrition, I started focusing on what truly matters — fueling my body, not fighting it. I rebuilt my relationship with food, learned how to eat for performance and well-being, and finally found freedom in balance, not extremes.
2021
Turning Passion Into Purpose
What I’d learned through my own journey became the foundation for helping others. I began nutrition coaching — empowering athletes and active people to fuel smarter, perform better, and break free from the all-or-nothing mindset.
2025
The Next Chapter
Today, I’m a qualified Sports Nutritionist and on my way to becoming a Sports Dietitian. My mission is clear: to help athletes bridge the gap between training, nutrition, and real life — with evidence-based strategies that actually work long-term.
